After getting slimed and winning blimps at the Kids Choice Awards, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez decided to spend the following day relaxing and spending quality time with each other. On April 1, JB and his leading lady-love were spotted lunching with their friend, Alfredo Flores, at Benihana Restaurant in Los Angeles. As all Jelena fans know, both Biebs and Sel love Japanese cuisine. Interestingly, the threesome seemed to have arrived at the restaurant without an entourage or even bodyguards. Yikes. And as if that wasn't daring enough, afterwards they did something really ballsy. They went bowling.
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez haven't been together much lately. But before haters rejoice, that doesn't mean there's trouble in paradise. It simply means that they've both been busy. Justin has been preoccupied in the studio with his new opus "Boyfriend," and Selena's been busy peeing in the street and getting arrested as the "bad girl" in her new film Spring Breakers. She's also posed for and posted some racy bikini and/or booty pics which were probably meant for her über pop star beau. But Tweeting photos isn't quite the same as being there. So what do these two famous teen lovebirds do when they finally find themselves together in the same city? Go out partying? Hole up in a hotel room? No. They have a quiet dinner at one of their favorite restaurants and a quiet "play date" with a friend. As you can see in the photos, JB looks totally happy. Unfortunately, Selena's back is to the camera and her expression can't be seen, but it no doubt matches Justin's. Ditto for the last photo snapped in the bowling alley. Justin, sporting what looks like a green shirt and pink(?) pants, seems to be giving Alfredo bowling advice. The woman snapped in extreme close up on the right looks like Selena trying to hide her face from the pesky paparazzi.
So, there you have it. Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez relaxing at Benihana and the bowling alley--just like regular people. Which despite their fame, is exactly what they are.
Stay tuned for further details.
