Ashton Kutcher has officially bought the home Justin Bieber was interested in purchasing. The Hollywood Hills home has been Ashton's residence since his split from Demi Moore. The actor was renting the home when Justin showed up and considered buying it.
Ashton got down to business and signed the paperwork to make the extravagant $10.8 mansion officially his. Prior to buying the home, Ashton had been forking out $50,000 a month to rent the five-bedroom luxury home. The glass house was believed to have been purchased by the Biebs shortly after his 18th birthday, but obviously, those reports were wrong.
Justin and Ashton joked about the real estate battle last week when the Two and a Half Men actor claimed Justin forced him to buy the house or end up homeless. According to documents, Ashton paid a third of the asking price, $3.64 million to be exact.
According to TMZ, Ashton bought the home on March 23. His soon-to-be ex-wife has already signed a quitclaim deed to the house ensuring Ashton Kutcher is the sole owner of the residence, and it will not be included in the divorce settlement.
