Gossip and rumor are never far away from the NFL. Never was that more true than with New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow. His ongoing girlfriend rumors with Dianna Agron and Taylor Swift join a host of other debates.
Glee star Agron refutes claim she shares love triangle with Tebow and Swift
Any woman who has talked to Tim Tebow says the same thing. He is a perfect gentleman, well-spoken, handsome, and sensible. So it's a small wonder he's a draw for celebrity women like Kim Kardashian, Lindsey Vonn, and Taylor Swift. The most recent woman to join that list is Glee star Agron who apparently turned down Tebow's advances a few months ago. Rumors continued and she had to deny a new claim that she shared a secret love triangle with Tebow and singing star Swift on the late night show Jimmy Kimmel Live. Agron isn't the first woman to deny a Tebow boyfriend rumor, but a bigger question is are those women making a mistake? As pro athletes go, Tebow is a rarity. Too often there is a hundred Tiger Woods and Kobe Bryant, men who think they're above devotion to a single person. Tebow, by words and action, admits he's holding out for just one woman. Isn't that what even superstars like Dianna Agron want in a boyfriend? It's impossible to know.
Tebow too busy with NFL New York Jets and Demaryius Thomas comments
No one can ask Tebow about the rumors either. The newest member of the New York Jets had problems follow him from Denver. Not only has he endured Peyton Manning taking his job with the Denver Broncos and a quarterback controversy with Jets starting quarterback Mark Sanchez, but now he's the center of some nasty comments offered by former teammate Demaryius Thomas. Football might remember Thomas as the wide receiver who caught Tebow's famous 80-yard touchdown pass in the NFL playoffs in overtime to defeat the Pittsburgh Steelers. Thomas went on the radio after Tebow was gone to New York and said he wasn't sad to see him go and that the young quarterback often missed wide open receivers. He has since backtracked on those words, claiming he loved Tim and there was no reason for fans to badmouth him about the interview. Sadly it's things like this that make it hard for Tebow to find a girlfriend. It's clear to see even the smallest details get blown up. Most women don't want that in a relationship.
Dianna Agron and Taylor Swift both say they like Tim Tebow but have no interest to date him. Love triangle rumors are nice for gossip columns but they won't help Tebow fit in NFL, on the New York Jets or make the Demaryius Thomas problem go away. Until the Glee star or pop singer are actually seen with him outside of charities or other big events, those rumors won't change.
