Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are finally engaged—but will they clean up on their wedding pictures? Speculation is that the photos could sell for millions. Apparently major tabloids and celeb magazines are already thinking about their bids for what some are calling the "Wedding of the Century." What? Have they already forgotten the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge? That "Wedding of the Century" was less than a year ago!
No matter. The Brangelina wedding shots will net millions for the couple, says RadarOnLine. Each celeb mag will try to be the one-and-only source of what readers want to see. But wait a minute. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie already have plenty of money, in spite of having six little mouths to feed, and Angelina would really hate having photo sales in common with, say, Kim Kardashian.
Gary Morgan, spokesman for Splash photo agency, estimates the exclusive U.S. photo sales, plus the world market could bring in around $2 million. He expects the pictures will be "closely guarded and sold to the highest bidders in the U.S. and abroad." That's hard to pass up, especially when Angelina Jolie has so many charities to support. The money could go to war relief in Africa or to aid still-stricken New Orleans, or to fund Women's charities. To sell the pix and donate the funds would look generous—not grasping. Maybe that is exactly what the Jolie-Pitt family has in mind. Stay tuned. And best wishes on the engagement.
