Last week, reports surfaced that Taylor Armstrong was in fact coming back to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills but would be phased out because of her storyline being too dark for viewers. Fans don't necessarily want to watch a widow grieving over a man who killed himself after brutally beating her for years.
Yesterday, however, she told a different story on the Kyle and Jackie O Show about the casting news. "No, that definitely has not been decided, they haven't announced or determined the cast." They have not officially made the announcements but several media outlets have named the cast and claimed they have already began filming season 3 of the series.
Regarding the rumors that she was "freaking out" by the news of being phased out, she explained, "That certainly didn't come to me from Bravo, I heard it in the press." Whether there is truth to it is debatable, but what isn't is her need from cash. She's dealing with a $1.5 million law suit concerning Russell Armstrong's shady business dealings.
Perhaps it could be a positive thing for Taylor Armstrong to be phased out of the show. She needs to focus on herself and her daughter. She claimed in a recent interview that she still loves and misses her deceased abuser, so her issues need to be addressed before they are televised for the world to see.
