Jessica Simpson is still pregnant and has not yet welcomed her baby girl. The Fashion Star mentor was reportedly due on April 20, but evidently the media got that wrong.
"To everyone who keeps congratulating me on the birth of my baby girl...I'm still pregnant!! Don't believe what you read ladies and gents," Jessica tweeted on Saturday morning. Of course everyone believed that Jess went in for a scheduled C-section on Friday and already welcomed her daughter (rumored name, Maxwell), but that isn't the case.
Given the timing of everything, this little girl should be gracing the world very soon. Jessica Simpson announced her pregnancy on Halloween last year, which means that her baby should be born this spring. Perhaps Jess will "pop" in the next week or two, but who knows? She just keeps getting bigger and saying "not yet!" As long as her baby is healthy, it doesn't matter when she arrives, right?
