Who doesn't remember nearly one year ago when Prince William and Kate Middleton said their vows for the entire world to witness? The royal wedding was certainly a memorable event and one that people continue to rave about today. April 29th will mark the royal couple's first anniversary. How will they celebrate?
Will there be a trip in store for the royal couple? Maybe. Will they have a quiet dinner? Probably. Will there be a lavish party? Nope.
According to sources, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be celebrating their first year of wedding bliss at their home in Anglesey all alone, but very much together.
Since Prince William has just returned from a six-week deployment in the Falkland Islands, it is certainly understandable that the two would like to have a private anniversary and spend some quality time together without cameras and a media frenzy.
CBS Royal Correspondent, Victoria Arbiter, went so far to say: "I would be surprised if we even saw them."
And the gifts? The first anniversary calls for paper gifts. But, sources suggest that the Prince is planning to give Kate another piece of his late mother's jewelry, which is certainly not made of paper.
What do you think the gifts exchanged between the two, if any, will be? Will anyone find out or will those remain private, as well?
