Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are apparently getting pretty serious with their relationship - and ready to settle down - as the two young stars have purchased a home together in New York. An act the two are definitely familiar with. Reynolds split from his wife, Scarlett Johansson, back in 2010 after quite a few years of marriage; so he most certainly knows about more serious relationships. Lively has been in her fair share of serious relationships as well, including a long-term relationship with her Gossip Girl co-star Penn Badgley. Since her split with Badgley, Lively has been seen with quite a few men including Leonardo DiCaprio. Apparently there is something special about Reynolds because she hasn't moved on yet.
Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds met on the set of The Green Lantern and have been dating since last year. Not a very long relationship in terms of already purchasing a house together. And not a cheap house either (ok, maybe for them it is) but the home they chose reportedly cost more than $2 million. That is quite the chunk of change, and commitment, for a couple that is barely celebrating their one year anniversary. Is this a sign that it will last? Or is this just lust pushing them to do crazy things? Who knows, maybe the next reports will say the two wed in a spontaneous ceremony in Vegas.
