Twenty-one-year-old Ukrainian model Valeria Lukyanova is a real-life Barbie who's generated massive interest on the internet. ABC's Good Morning America had a segment on the young woman who has undergone a number of plastic surgeries to look like the most famous doll in the world.
Who is this woman who has completely transformed herself into a living Barbie? A lot of reports on the internet are speculating that the Ukrainian model is a hoax and that all of her photos are photoshopped. No interviews have surfaced of Lukyanova, but she appears to be the real thing. Her Facebook page and Youtube videos have constant traffic viewing them. Tuesday she was a hit internet sensation as intrigued surfers searched out her photographs.

Lukyanova considers herself "the most famous Russian woman on the Russian-speaking internet."
The Huffington Post once wrote what dimensions and measurements a woman would have to have:
"If Barbie were an actual woman, she would be 5'9" tall, have a 39" bust, an 18" waist, 33" hips and a size 3 shoe. Barbie calls this a "full figure" and likes her weight at 110 lbs. Barbie would have a BMI of 16.24 and fit the weight criteria for anorexia. She likely would not menstruate. If Barbie was a real woman, she'd have to walk on all fours due to her proportions."
From the photos of Valeria Lukyanova, she's not walking on all fours, but she's far from natural looking. Her exact measurements aren't known; however, she's as close as a woman can get to Barbie.
Will more about this mystery woman come to life besides becoming Barbie?
