Kristen Stewart sizzles on the front of French magazine Jalouse alongside her On the Road costar Garrett Hedlund. Kristen shows off her gritty side in a series of photos taken inside and on top of a beat-up old car. Heavy eye makeup adds a daring and highly sexual look to Kristen's usually sedate appearance.
In the magazine, Kristen opens up about her role as the very young and impressionable Marylou in the film. Kristen explains how she interpreted the character, "She was a being that freed herself from the inhibition, she wasn't someone who's fearful." Marylou famously hooks up with Garret's character, Dean Moriarty during his travels, even though he is already married.
Despite her youthful innocence, Kristen explains Marylou's feelings, "Her eyes are wide open when it comes to life, no judgements, she's able to find the beauty in all of us. I envy her." Part of the dynamics between Dean and Marylou is their open relationship. Kristen explains, "She understood that jealousy had no meaning. She knew that her man was sleeping left and right and that his personality made him want to touch everyone." Dean is a complete cad in the book by Jack Kerouac.
Kristen Stewart obviously envies Marylou's carefree nature and willingness to be open to anything. It is very unlikely she would be willing to share her own boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, with any other female. Marylou is cool with Dean's wandering eye, but that does not translate to Kristen's real life, does it?
