Kristen Stewart and her handsome British boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, have steamed up many a photo shoot to promote their vampire-romantic roles in the blockbuster hit, The Twilight Saga, especially its final Breaking Dawn installments. From sultry promotional movie posters to sexy magazine covers like Entertainment Weekly, this on-screen and off-screen duo is undeniably hot. However, Stewart has another hunk by her side in one of her latest shoots, and the two of them daresay look pretty good together. But could their match be better than Robsten (at least in this photo opp)?
Stewart gets up close and personal with her On The Road co-star Garrett Hedlund (he actually plays her husband!) for the May issue of French publication, Jalouse. And they definitely have some "ooh-la-la" love moments—of course, only for those camera flashes, as K-Stew still seems to be very much in a relationship with R-Patz.
For the photos, Kristen Stewart and Hedlund cozy up in the front seats and on the hood of a vintage car. A set of cool wheels always seems to add some subtle romantic appeal! The cover shot has the two actors more or less intertwined and flashing rather sultry stares. Stewart sizzles with her signature edgy appeal; her deep smokey eye makeup and slightly mussed up, bed head hair adds even more casual and low-key seductiveness. Hedlund's look follows suit, too, with his scruffy facial hair. It's a trend Robert Pattinson has played with numerous times, as well, except Pattinson seems to look a bit too messy and undone with the beard he sometimes shows off. He's better off clean-shaven!
Both Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund are plenty covered up in this Jalouse shoot, with Stewart only showing off some occasional leg. But the photos, posted via Celebuzz, are still provocative and gritty--which seems to fit perfectly with their indie-like flick, not to mention Stewart's tomboy-like personality. The two of them actually look quite good together!
Can Hedlund outshine international heart-throb Pattinson? Probably not. (Hedlund doesn't have the benefit of an endearing accent, either!) But, it is almost refreshing to see Stewart smolder with someone other than Pattinson—at least in pictures.
