This past week saw a lot of renewed wedding vows. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon repeated their "I do's" in Paris, France just this past weekend. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian renewed their wedding vows as well.
While LeAnn and Eddie didn't get married in Paris like Mariah and Nick, they still celebrated their first wedding anniversary in a romantic way. Perhaps their choice of venue wasn't as exotic, but it had a lot of meaning. For their second round of vows they returned to the Malibu setting where their original wedding took place.
"We stayed at the house where we got hitched," LeAnn Rimes tweeted to friends and fans. "Eddie and I went climbing on the rocks in the ocean...." she shared. "We spent time with the boys, our friends and we saw our families.... It was perfect and relaxing.
The happily married duo plan on spending next week on their own. "The first year deserves two weekends," LeAnn tweeted.
While not everyone appreciates how the couple got together, most people believe they are finally where they belong. They seem truly happy together and, after all, love deserves celebration.
