When Adam Lambert was recording his upcoming album, Nile Rodgers joined him in the studio to play guitar on a track called "Shady." Today, Nile posted photos from their recording session on his blog and tweeted the link so that Glamberts could see the artists at work. Nile said that he photographs what goes on in his daily life after being attacked by aggressive cancer last year and many of these photos with Adam are now being seen for the first time. Of course, when you put a voice like Adam's together with a guitar player such as Nile Rodgers, you are bound to get a fantastic song as a result! Plus, Sam Sparro sings on the track as well. If you haven't heard Shady yet, a snippet is below:

This weekend Nile tweeted, "If I get a chance to jam with @AdamLambert on "Shady" Live it would be fun. Especially if we just went OFF!" It would be amazing to hear Nile play when Adam sings this song. Adam has yet to début Shady live, but hopefully he will at one of his many radio concerts coming up next month. Since Nile and Adam originally recorded the song in New York, it makes sense for them to play together at one of these east coast shows. Fans planning to attend these concerts are hoping that will happen.
It is rare for fans to see what goes on when their favorite artist is working in the studio. Thanks to Nile Rodgers, we get a glimpse behind-the-scenes! What do you think of the photos on his blog?
