Ian Somerhalder received a nice "gift" from someone on Twitter. The fan tweeted him a homemade photo of him with his girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, and Ian really seemed to like it. 
"Thank you for [the] photo," Ian tweeted to the fan, obviously making their day (and maybe their year). The picture shows Ian's head sort of faded out on one side, and a sexy portrait of Nina on the other. Both of them look like they are in character (for The Vampire Diaries) but they both look amazing nonetheless. It's great that Ian actually saw the pic and appreciated the sentiment behind it.
Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev aren't too flashy when it comes to their romance, but they certainly aren't denying that they are a couple. Although their on-screen characters have gotten close in the past, it's beyond clear that this fan was keying in to their real-life romance. Either way, Ian really liked the photo.
