Kim Kardashian doesn't let a lawsuit scare her. A few months back, she and her sisters were named in a $5 million lawsuit because of their promotional participation with QuickTrim, a dietary supplement that allows people to supposedly get slim by taking the pill and dieting. Well, it sounds like the $5 million lawsuit isn't scaring her one bit, because she just promoted the QuickTrim product on her Twitter account.
Kim just announced that she is headed to the UK later this month and she thought she would announce that on Twitter, along with the message that fans need to go sign up on the product's website to come party with her. "Not long until I arrive in the UK to launch my True Reflection fragrance & QuickTrim," she wrote. In addition, she explained that fans had to go to QuickTrim's european website to win a chance to party with Kim Kardashian.
It sounds like Kardashian is pushing forward with the promotion of the diet supplement despite the fact that it may not even work. The lawsuit explained that the product wasn't natural and that it could pose a potential health risk because of the level of caffeine in it. In other words, exercise and proper food intake is the best way, but Kim thought it would be better to promote an unhealthy product. How else is she going to make her money?
