Kristen Stewart and her boyfriend, Robert Pattinson, are accustomed to playing different roles--and quite well, at that--given their successful acting careers. Take Stewart, for example. She has gone from her Twilight Saga real-girl-turned-vampire days to her fierce lead in Snow White and the Huntsman and now to the cool indie-like turn for On the Road. But it's apparently not only on-screen that this actress likes to role-play. In fact, she channeled her tomboy tendencies (something Pattinson no doubt likes and appreciates just fine!) for a costume party last weekend. Yes, it's safe to say that she really did indulge some sort of masculine side when she dressed up like a man and posed with another guy who was definitely not her British boy.
As Hollywood Life reports, Kristen Stewart, 22, cross-dressed for the party, putting on a black blazer, white button-down and black bowler hat. Guess who!? She was seemingly mimicking silent film icon Charlie Chaplin. She even wore his signature small moustache--and some dark moody makeup, too. It's seems rare to see Stewart letting loose like this, but she obviously had a great time dressing up like Chaplin.
Perhaps Stewart even put on a Chaplin-like mime routine and got in touch with her slapstick and visual comedy side--maybe she was even practicing for a future comedic role?! She and Pattinson haven't really explored that genre all too much, and it would be interesting to see them garnering laughs!
That said, there was another guy by Kristen Stewart's side during her costume party fun, but it definitely wasn't Robert Pattinson in disguise. It was, however, her brother Taylor, as Hollywood Life confirms. He apparently played to the comical theme a bit, too. He appeared to be wearing a bit of clown makeup with triangle-like shapes painted on his face. He didn't go so far as to whip out the big red nose or colorful, oversized attire, though.
Taylor's most notable accessory was a pair of sunglasses on his head--well, that, and Stewart of course! This bro-sis team really looked adorable together. Too bad Pattinson wasn't there in the picture, too. He and Stewart would have made a great Chaplin pair.
