The Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev are talented beyond imagination. And, that talent doesn't go unnoticed. Ian's been busier than a bee lately trying to save the world through a ton of environmental projects but his main talent of acting is still garnering nods. Oh yeah, it's also Ian's main moneymaker. Nina, on the other hand, has managed to mix work and play beautifully. The brunette's been seen supporting her hot boyfriend at different events but she's also been busy dabbling in her other talent: painting.
Dobrev took to Twitter to show off her latest painting by tweeting, "Nothing like a day of artistic expression with your toes in the sand... And the result! Jackson Pollock inspired! I mean, I'm no JP but there's no harm in playing.. :P. Lol but look at my foot" along with a photo of her holding up two paint splashed paintings.
Somerhalder, on the other hand, received a nomination for the 2012 PopSugar 100 which is a battle to see which celebrity had the bigger year. According to the website, their "sixth annual PopSugar 100" pits celebrities against each other to see which one had the best year. Fans are the deciding factor because it all boils down to their votes. Fans are also given the opportunity to win $2,500 for casting a vote!
According to their fans, The Vampire Diaries' Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev have definitely had the biggest year thus far; regardless of whom else has been nominated. They are acting on a major TV series and have found love on set. Who can beat that?
