Kristen Stewart just returned from Canada, where she was with boyfriend Robert Pattinson to do some re-shoots--and apparently quite romantic ones, at that--for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2. But the actress didn't appear too happy to be back in the United States, at least if her seemingly bad mood and equally unfortunate fashion statement (times two!) were any indication. Perhaps she was just tired or feeling the pain of that foot injury that she reportedly sustained during the shoots, or maybe she was already feeling the sweet sorrow of missing Pattinson. Or maybe none of the above. That said, in his absence, she still did have a piece of her main man right there with her.
She was just selected as Best Dressed Woman by Glamour UK (no doubt her hot British accessory, Robert Pattinson, also gave her some points!), but Kristen Stewart isn't putting on fashion airs or switching up any of her off-duty ensembles to prove she's oh-so-worthy of the honor. In fact, she just donned a duo of what many would call very unstylish exits.
In her defense, though, she wasn't attending any red-carpet premieres or talk show appearances, although she just hit up The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last Friday and looked rather rocker-chic. Stewart was at the Los Angeles airport and later out with friends, supposedly of the non-Hollywood variety.
While at LAX, Stewart rocked a screen-printed T-shirt that she tied up in a knot to show off her midriff (fashion no-no number one!). She paired it with a black zipper hoodie and faded black jeans, complete with a hair clip fastened to the pocket. As Daily Mail points out, her hair seemed still wet from a shower and she definitely wasn't smiling.
Upon arriving in New York City, Stewart changed up her travel attire just a bit by zipping up the hoodie and throwing on a baseball cap--Pattinson's Baltimore Orioles one, to be exact. That may have been her best accessory, as she went out for drinks with friends, since Pattinson himself was missing from the picture. Her most noticeable accoutrement? Her burly bodyguard by her side. Her worst accessory, though, had to be that scowl that the cameras caught; that, and the cigarette in her hand. She should really buck that habit!
Daily Mail says Kristen Stewart looked like she just rolled out of bed. Maybe. But regardless of how fresh-faced and fashionable Stewart did or didn't look, her individuality and devil-may-care attitude towards dressing-to-impress (or not!), no matter the occasion, is refreshing.
