Kris Humphries is getting ready to battle his ex-wife Kim Kardashian in court and he is getting ready to fight her to the bitter end. While he has been busy creating a long list of wedding gifts to ask her where all the money went, he is now willing to re-watch the reality show the couple appeared on, including the cut scenes, to prove that his marriage to her was fraudulent.
An inside source reveals that Kris' legal team is excited that Kim is ready to move forward with the divorce. It sounds like Kris has a strong case against her and the legal team is just waiting to show all the evidence that the marriage was fake and only done for publicity. Apparently, the legal teams are at the part where they can investigate all relevant evidence and Kris is going for Kim Kardashian's reality television show, Kourtney and Kim Take New York. "Kris' team wants the unedited tapes because they think it will prove how fake the shows are," the insider reveals to Wetpaint Entertainment.
"People are constantly fed their lines, scenes are staged, retakes are done. He never got to do the proposal he really wanted, which was something private and intimate," the source explains. "He had to do the proposal the way the show told him to. That's just one example. He now believes Kim and her camp never took him, his proposal, the wedding, or the marriage seriously...it was all for the show." And while some claim he is doing it for publicity and media attention, he has never talked publicly about the divorce, whereas Kim has done several interviews and cracked jokes about it on the radio and Twitter.
