When Taylor Armstrong of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills tragically lost her husband Russell Armstrong after years of physically and emotional abuse, many thought it would finally put an end to her seemingly endless pain. Unfortunately for Taylor, the troubles were just beginning.
Just month after Russell's death, the couple was sued my MyMedicalRecords.com who claimed they were in breach of contract and scammed money to "live a lavish lifestyle." Talk about adding insult to injury! Not only was Russell abusing Taylor, he even left her to deal with his money problems.
According to Radar Online, Taylor filed for a motion to dismiss the lawsuit completely but on April 27, the judge denied the request because Taylor "has not met it's burden of proof."
"All the circumstances existing at the time of the making of the contract are considered, including the relationship that the damages proved in the contract bear to the range of harm that reasonably could be anticipated at the time of the making of the contract."
Between coping with the death of a loved one and helping their 5-year-old daughter, Kennedy, do the same, the last thing Taylor Armstrong needed on her plate was a lawsuit! Plus, reports recently surfaced that she was possibly going to be "phased out" of her role of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which is her main source of income.
