Ryan Seacrest Talks 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

What does Ryan Seacrest do when he leaves the American Idol set? He clearly goes home to read. The radio host is really very taken with the book Fifty Shades of Grey, and isn't afraid to talk about it either. Could this mean some upcoming fun for his girlfriend Julianne Hough?

According to a report from Celebuzz, Seacrest is admittedly 'smitten' with E.L. James' sexy and somewhat controversial book. Some cities have even asked for it to be banned from book stores.

So what is it--besides the obvious--that has drawn Seacrest in?

"I'm obsessed. I'm past the bathtub scene, so I'm making progress. It's fascinating to see something like that capture the zeitgeist and also it's really interesting to read," he admits.

And with regard to the tantalizing portions of the book--what's Ryan Seacrest's take on those?

"I'm using it as a manual," he says. "I think it can be a study book for a lot of people."
