Jessica Sanchez is who she is, and she won't be changing her look-at-me sexy persona. The sixteen-year-old has rocked tight little dresses to perform all along, on American Idol. They and the sky-high heels give her height and confidence, and as far as she is concerned, they are here to stay. "I'm still going with dresses," the singer tells Zap2It. "They might be a little [on the small side] but I won't be dancing around this time so [hopefully it'll go over better]."
It must have been the combo of song and 
sexy dress and a lot of "dancing around" that set a few judges off on the last show, Jessica Sanchez thinks, when they called her tight little white dress too mature for her age. After all, 'Proud Mary'—the Rolling on the River song—is not a love ballad—more sassy than sexy—but Tina Turner could rock a tight white dress, too.
Meanwhile, confidence is crucial for a good performance, and Jessica Sanchez is not lacking in that department. "I danced around everywhere and I flipped my hair everywhere and it was big and my makeup was on and it was all just way too much to take in for America, you know?" Proud Jessica!
So will she wear a tight little dress and towering heels next time? Looks that way. Best of luck.
