Miley Cyrus has gone for the edgy look, with her new facial jewelry. Just yesterday, the pop singer stepped out in a delicate gold nose ring, to add interest to the piercing she got several years ago, reports People magazine. The original nose stud did not seem to suit her mood, and she had not been seen wearing it recently.
This time around, she added the tiny ring to earrings, an updo with a braid, round shades, a flowered top and at least two necklaces. Uh-oh. Has the LOL actress ever heard the phrase, "When in doubt, take something off?" Apparently, she was not in doubt.
Miley Cyrus and boyfriend Liam Hemsworth were seen and snapped strolling around L.A., taking in the sunshine. She certainly looked cute and ready for spring.
When Miley, now 19, first got the nose piercing in 2009, she was still underage. She said in an interview that she hoped "no one is upset at me for doing it." And like a teen, she added, "It's just temporary. You can take it out." For a while, that's just what she did.
Since then, Miley Cyrus has picked up several tattoos. And now the nose ring. Maybe she will call a halt to new body art for the moment. Or not. Maybe she'll even get a mockingjay.
