NeNe Leakes may have walked off Donald Trump's Celebrity Apprentice show last year, but that doesn't mean he looks at her any different. He has always been very vocal about not liking quitters, but even though NeNe essentially quit, he doesn't seem to judge her too much. In fact, NeNe tweeted a picture of her and the Trump earlier today, indicating that they are very much still friends.
Perhaps it was NeNe's ability to think about money and getting rich that had Donald Trump interested in her. "Having a laugh with Donald Trump," NeNe tweeted and shared a picture of the two of them at a public event. It looks like NeNe Leakes didn't cut any ties with Donald after walking out from the show.
One has to wonder what connections—if any—Donald has given NeNe to get her to the "rich" status that she claims to have. After she walked off the show, she kept telling her fellow The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars that being on Celebrity Apprentice made her rich. However, Donald Trump Jr. was quick to share what they actually pay the celebrities for being on the show, which is a mere lump sum compared to being rich. So, if NeNe is telling the truth about the show making her rich, it must have been the connections the show gave her.
