Basketball Wives star Tami Roman is trying to redeem herself. While she ended up deactivating her Twitter this past week, she returned to the social media network within 24 hours. She couldn't stay away. She initially deleted her Twitter account because she got tired of seeing all the negative messages from fans, who thought they would share their personal opinions of Tami after seeing her bully Kesha Nichols on Monday's episode of the show.
Well, Tami ended up addressing several followers on Twitter this morning, including people who had less than flattering things to say. But she did want to rebuild her social media image, so she started asking random questions. She will be going to the movies later today, so she thought she would announce that she is seeing Battleship to support Rihanna—a victim of violence.
"Did anyone see The Dictator? I'm going to see Battleship today - have to support @rihanna," Basketball Wives star Tami Roman wrote on Twitter this morning. It seems totally odd that she would support Rihanna, who was beat up by her boyfriend several years ago. A bully has decided to announce that she is supporting a victim. Could Tami be using Rihanna to rebuild her image to show that she isn't so bad after all?
Surely, Rihanna wouldn't want to hang out with Tami given everything she has gone through. The singer would be 'keeping it real' by not giving Tami the pleasure of hanging out with her, since she made a bad name for herself.
How do you interpret the message? Why would Tami even mention Rihanna and supporting her?
