Beyonce's baby Blue Ivy Carter caused Bey to gain weight but she also helped the 30-year-old lose weight. And, this information came straight from the horse's mouth, as the old saying goes.
Fans suspected there was some weight gain but it was virtually impossible to see. When Mrs. Carter made her first public appearance after Blue Ivy's birth, fans were awestruck at how slim she looked. What could be her secret everyone wondered.
Beyonce did give some insight into what helped her lose her baby weight and surprisingly it involved... her baby. She said, "I lost most of my weight from breast-feeding and I encourage women to do it. It's just so good for the baby and good for yourself," then the singer started working out, "three to four times a week [and] staying away from anything delicious."
So ladies, if you ever have a baby and need some tips on how to lose your post-baby weight, remember Beyonce's advice. Bey and Blue Ivy Carter can now just enjoy their time together.
