Poor Miley Cyrus. She can't win. Everything the former Disney darling does is scrutinized, discussed, and then criticized. Cyrus is too fat, and then she's too thin. She dresses too sexy; she shows too much skin. Despite the constant scrutiny coupled with the media's dogged determination to prevent her from and/or punish her for having the audacity to grow up and become a normatively sexual woman, Miley continues to be her inimitable and often outrageous self. In a recent interview, the "Party in the U.S.A." singer revealed that she's been wearing increasingly sexy outfits lately because she's proud of her new bustline. She also revealed how she got her new boobs.
No, it's not what you think. According to La Cyrus, there's been no surgical intervention. She transformed her breasts as well as the rest of her body the old-fashioned way--through diet and exercise. Especially the latter.
"Breath mints, stomach crunches, spray tan," are at the top of La Cyrus' list of requirements for preparing for movie sex scenes like the ones she did in her upcoming "LOL." Perhaps an even more important one is "workouts to make [her] boobs look bigger, perk them up."
So, there you have it. That explains why for several months, Miley Cyrus has been spotted going to and/or from the gym for daily super intense work outs. And by the looks of the sexy work out clothes she's sported (including a spandex mini dress), the work outs are having the desired effects.
