NeNe Leakes is meeting more and more people in Hollywood and in the reality television industry after starring on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and on Glee. One of the women she has been hanging out with is Jennifer Williams from the infamous show, Basketball Wives. The show was supposed to be like Bravo's show, focusing on a group of wives and their personal lives. But there is definitely a big difference between the Atlanta peaches and the former wives in Miami.
Over the weekend, NeNe and Jennifer partied together in New York City and the women posed for a picture with singer Mary J. Blige. "Me & my girls shutting down NYC 2nite babeeee," NeNe tweeted while tagging both Jennifer and Mary in the tweet. It sounds like NeNe feels that the more friends you have, the better. And it only helps that they are in the entertainment industry, as NeNe wants to keep working in Hollwyood.
The friendship between NeNe Leakes and Jennifer Williams has been the focus of Jennifer's friendship with former best friend Evelyn Lozada. Many thought that Evelyn was jealous of Jennifer because of her friends with bigger reality stars than those on Basketball Wives. Jennifer loved the idea of her jealous and rode along with the rumor, but Evelyn slammed it. Why would she be jealous of Jennifer's friendship with NeNe and why would it be the grounds for breaking her friendship with NeNe? It makes little sense.
But at least Jennifer and NeNe are having a good time in New York City.
