Josh Hutcherson will have a sky high view to enjoy while he recovers from surgery on his nose. The 19-year-old spent a nice chunk of his Hunger Games' dough on a breathtaking home in the Hollywood Hills. See photos of the Josh's house which has been dubbed the Tree House.
The house was previously owned by Ellen DeGeneres and Ryan Seacrest. It is a spacious 1,861 square foot home with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a huge open patio which literally allows one to see the tops of trees just a few away. It is a "...sylvan roost in a thick sycamore grove near the tippy top of Laurel Canyon."
Josh Hutcherson spent $2.5 million for all the splendors of nature. To some, it may be extortionate but this is Hollywood, California so what do you expect? Everything is overpriced there. Plus, this can be viewed as an investment for Hutcherson.
