Debate over Aishwarya Rai's baby weight will continue on thanks to her Cannes 2012 appearance. The Bollywood actress showed up for the event with every inch of her larger size covered especially her upper arms. It's tough being a show biz mama who can't lose that dreaded baby weight.
Though some may have considered Aishwarya Rai's outfits a success, the truth is she chose them to hide her bulges. They were drastically different from her past Cannes dresses. Sadly, everyone, especially Ash, knows she's plump all around. Fans were waiting for the 38-year-old to blow them away with a new slimmer figure during the premiere of the event but that wasn't the case.
If anything, Aishwarya Rai proved that weight loss isn't easy and requires support. Hopefully, she won't have to hide behind layers of fabric forever. A few rounds on the treadmill will do wonders. For now, she should just be happy with the life and loves she has. Her weight may still be in place but her baby's name has finally been confirmed as Aaradhya by her husband Abhishek Bachchan. That's got to account for something.
