Kate Gosselin and Her Kids Enjoy Pool Time on...

Kate Gosselin and her eight children are enjoying some time in their swimming pool this Memorial Day Weekend, and Kate seems grateful to have such an option.

According to Kate's Twitter page, she and the children were headed out to swim in the warm Pen

nsylvania sunshine on Sunday afternoon.

"Heading out to the pool with my school of fish... So thankful for our own pool! What a huge blessing!:)," the former Kate Plus Eight reality TV star tweeted.

It's certainly nice to see Kate appreciating something for a change instead of whining about what she and the children no longer have. Since her fall from reality TV grace, she hasn't had the luxury of packing up the kids and jetting off to exotic locations for swims with the dolphins in the sea.

Do you think Kate Gosselin is finally becoming a bit more acclimated to a simple home life with her children, further away from the public eye than she's ever been? If this is the case, wouldn't it be nice to see this trend continue?

It's more than clear that Kate Gosselin loves her children, but it's often been confusing as to whether or not she loved the limelight even more. Time at home with her kids is a good way for herÂ—or for anyoneÂ—to spend a nice Memorial Day Weekend afternoon.

I'm sure Kate appreciates the pool mostly because it occupies the kids and keeps them out of her hair. In my opinion Kate would take fame in a heartbeat over the kids. She just hasn't come to the realization yet that she has nothing to offer. I think she is a disgusting,selfish poor excuse for a mother.

Is Kate genuinely thankful for her pool or is she bragging about having one? My guess is the latter. Looks good to tweet about being with the kids at the pool, but to actually spend time with them at the pool? No way. Kate can't be bothered. And, Kate's choice between kids and the limelight? Well, that's an easy answer. Limelight wins, hands down.

It's obviously the limelight because she tweets about everything irrelevant in HER life. And that pool? Most families go to a community pool because they can't afford to have their own pool.

She dislikes the water; in fact is afraid of the water. She likes to lie by the pool and work on her tan. Most moms are busy with swimming lessons, baseball camp, all sorts of summer activities. Kate loves the pool because she can dump the kids in it and forget about them. Why no basketball net? They could be doing all kinds of stuff with all that acreage, but alas nothing but the pool. Where's the garden she was going to start? That would be great for her to spend time with the kids - kids love to grow their own veggies. And she could be saving big bucks, too.
