When Michael Jackson passed away it was an international tragedy on cosmic levels. Fans are still in pain over the loss of the king of pop, which has undoubtedly lent to the popularity in his merchandise. In December of 2011, Gather News covered the bizarre story of a website purchasing a hairball belonging to the late pop star, and now there is an update!
Formerly known as OnlineGamblingPal.com, the website known as BestOnlineCasino.com promised to make a roulette ball out of the hair belonging to Michael Jackson. It's been several months, but the people released a short update this morning along with a video showing the behind-the-scenes making of the bizarre little oddity.
Have a look at the video. It's actually rather interesting and didn't take that long to make at all. Now Michael Jackson's hair will live on forever encased in this tight little polished orb, which is locked away in a vault as per the video. What are they going to do with this strange little piece of merch? They'll certainly let the world know when the time is right!
Do you think a roulette ball containing the hair of the king of pop would enhance chances of winning big? Or do you think it may hold some foreboding curse? Either scenario is unlikely, but you've got to admit that it would be really fun to make a bet on a wheel touched by something once touched by Michael.
