Aishwarya Rai and her 6-month-old baby girl, Aaradhya Bachchan, were photographed on Friday evening as they arrived back in Mumbai from the Cannes Film Festival in France.
Of course, photographers were unable to capture the precious baby Aaradhya's face, but that is to be expected, as most celebrity mothers are a bit protective over their children's privacy.
Unfortunately for Aishwarya Rai, the photos snapped of the Bollywood actress were less than flattering, and not because of her weight, but rather, the expressions captured on her face. Aishwarya has been unfairly criticized in recent months for not losing her post-pregnancy weight quickly enough. The actress can—and should—be left to lose the weight at her own pace, as not all women react the same to pregnancy. It is just unfortunate that these photos being shown do not show Aishwarya Rai in the best light, as she is a beautiful woman no matter what her weight. In her defense, Aishwarya was not posing for any of these photos.?
