Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga are known for their feuding on Real Housewives of New Jersey. Joe Gorga's sister just can't seem to get along with his wife. Both have said that the show has nothing to do with their drama -- their issues started long before the series began. During a recent taping of The View, their drama was just as present as always.
Earlier, it was reported that Teresa refused to go on camera with sister-in-law Melissa out of fear that she would be "attacked" and insisted on her own segment, which she was given. This didn't sit well with Melissa, who became upset. She later went on to film her segment with co-star and cousin of Teresa, Kathy Wakile.
Now, an insider is telling Us Weekly, "Melissa and Kathy were fine to go on. They weren't looking for a confrontation." Was this another case of Teresa playing the victim or was she wanting all of the spotlight to herself?
"Teresa pulled this s--t [refusing to film with Melissa] because she wanted the segment for herself," says the insider. "Melissa had no plan to take her down. There was no attempt to take her down." Perhaps it would have been a good thing for Teresa and Melissa to come together with Kathy, who is often the voice of reason, but it wasn't in the cards for this taping.
Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, and Kathy Wakile will appear on The View tomorrow morning on ABC.
