Kate Gosselin Excited to Run with Kids

Kate Gosselin is excited to be running in a marathon with her brood today. The former reality star has spread her love for running onto her kids and she says that they are all excited to do a 3K with her.

"Good morning! We are lacing up our running shoes. Feels SO great to be getting ready for a family run today with KIDS MARATHON! Tomorrow is my 10K run with Rod Dixon!" Kate tweeted. It's actually really nice to see Kate including her kids in such a way. She obviously loves running and it is great exercise for adults and for kids.

Kate Gosselin has definitely gained confidence since her first marathon in Las Vegas. She has been entering more and more races and seems determined to beat her time and to improve. The fact that she is getting her kids involved is also great, providing they all want to participate. They will all have a wonderful day together no question.

Kate just finished her second race which was a downgrade from her first, Kate's not interested in improving her time only in getting attention for herself in hopes of generating interest for another TV show. Her legs clearly shows that she does not put a lot of serious time into her training. Now she's using her children again. Megan Mitchell Jun 10, 2012, 10:58am UTC Just a cheap PR stunt. Insulting to the Ct. kids who worked for 10 weeks and worked HARD to be able to cross the finish line. The Gosselin kids ran only the last mile. Kate said she wanted them to "have the joy of crossing the finish line." They could have just run back and forth across the finish line for all the meaning this gesture had. If she truly wants them to experience the "joy of crossing the finish line" then she needs to enroll them in a PA program (if they are interested) and let them earn that "joy". It is the responsibility of parents to instill in children the difference between right and wrong. She is failing miserably at her job. Jun 10, 2012, 12:54pm UTC The organizers of Kids Marathon and Rod Dixon are equally as responsible for this fiasco, since they either invited Kate and the kids to attend or encouraged their participation. Way to throw all those other kids who worked so hard under the bus, Kids Marathon. Do you think just because we are talking about you it's good press for your organization? Then you are wrong.
