The issue escalated, however, because of a tweet Holly Sally posted in reply. She tweeted the evening the first post went up, saying her current boyfriend was 'better than Niall f**king Horan.' That's when the real trouble ensued. One tweeted Holly and told her she should kill herself for saying such a thing.
"I sent Niall a direct message asking if he's please Tweet his fans to calm down, but he didn't say anything. Maybe he didn't see my message," Holly says.
Niall Horan? Oh, Niall—why didn't you reply? You might have squelched this entire problem before it blew out of control!
Of course Niall and the rest of his One Direction band mates—Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson—were likely busy either on tour or preparing for the tour that is presently underway.
