Kate Gosselin Has Been Running All Over the US,...

Kate Gosselin has been participating in many races from West Coast to East Coast and places between the coasts. What is on her mind? Why is Kate entering so many races and what is she trying to prove?

The town of Litchfield, CT will probably never be the same after Kate and her crew showed up for a 7.1 mile race on Sunday afternoon. By the way, she came in 775th. She blamed her poor performance on the fact she had run a half-marathon in San Diego last week. Come on Kate, you couldn't run 7 miles with a decent time?

When Kate ventures out, crowds follow - or that used to be the way it happened. Now Kate has to go to where the crowds are.

What better place to find a group of people than a race? They are there to cheer on their favorites. Was Kate Gosselin a favorite of the fans? Probably not. It doesn't sound like the people of Litchfield were not very impressed with Kate and her appearance. Sorry Kate, it's not all about you.

Kate Gosselin needs to find a real job. When she finally gets that into her bleached-blond head the better everyone will be. Kate is a 46-year-old mother of 8 who doesn't have a clue how to earn a living other than off of other people. That source of income has dried up, move on Kate, get a job.

She can't accept the fact her day in the sun has come and gone. It's like the aging actress who wants that last important role. Kate, it just isn't gonna happen. Your yesterdays news. She accepted popularity well, but has a problem with rejection. If some event will comp her, Kate will show. If they don't want the kids, no problem. who needs kids when you have Steve.

Several great points in this article. According to the local news, Kate appearance in Lichtfield (which is accustomed to celebrity sightings), barely "caused a ripple" in town. Yet Kate was so enamored of her visit, she seems to think they will host her and the kids every year from now on. Once again, Kate's reality seems to be distorted.
The people who are desperate enough to pay her for appearances are doing her no favors, and most importantly, are doing a disservice to their own credibility.

It doesn't matter if Kate is running up and down Mount Everest or her own driveway because Kate doesn't realize that she is running away from her reality and her increasingly scary future.

What Kate fails to realize is that she has no talent. In order to do well in the entertainment industry one must have some sort of marketable talent. I just don't know when or if she will ever accept the reality that is her life now.

Kate just wants to be in the limelight again. Running isn't even her thing, but maybe she wants to be a role model for the kids. If she does, show them how a person can be successful with a great job. She is doing all this stuff so TCL will take her back. Kate, I love and miss your kids, but that was NEVER going to do ANY good for them. Stop running, and pay attention to your 8 kids at home. Stop leaving them with a babysitter while you have interviews for the news. This is what tore your family apart, so hide from it. Hide from the news and paparazzi, and life with your kids. It can't be boring!

Personally I think the running and the marathons are the one thing Kate can use to try and get herself attention. She is really delusional if she thinks she can get back in to the limelight with no talent or marketable skills. I don't see that she has any redeeming qualities at all. I can't imagine her "job" as a weekly coupon blogger pays much at all.

You need to get your facts straight because you sound like a an ignorant journalist. Kate is not 46 and she has not been in "many"races all over the nation. There's nothing wrong with having bleached blonde hair. Why do you care what she's trying to prove? Can you run a marathon or a quater mile, for that matter? Stop judging others and leave that to God Almighty. It's time people started minding their own damn business.

Well, Julie, how do you mind your own damn business when people like Kreider are constantly shilling themselves, (and more, their children) all the time? We would gladly mind ours if she didn't shamelessly try to promote her no-talent self. When people say things that aren't true, others call them out on it. Just like you just did. Abby started it and I defended Kate. You on the other hand are butting into something that is none of yo bizness. My comment was for Abby. I'm not gonna sit back while someone picks on someone they know nothing about with false misleading print. If you don't like her, then don't read about her. I never would have had stick up for Kate if this article were not so slanted in a derogatory manner.

If you don't like what Abby writes then I suggest you don't read HER! Funny how when someone's opinion doesn't mesh with yours it's "derogatory". Get your own column and you can say whatever you want. AND the comments are part of a public forum. If you want something kept private, try email, not the comment section. I'm not "gonna sit back" either.

If you re-read your Kate article, you will see how hateful it is. It is very slanted and I don't think you know her personally. Who are we to say she needs to get a job? Why criticize that she came in at 775th place? She has run a few races since starting late last year, but not "many", like she's just runnin' all over the place. Also, I will never see how having bleached blonde hair should matter. It's as if you are jumping on the "hate" bandwagon when you don't even know her. Take it as constructive criticism if you will. God help us all.
