Kim Kardashian seems to be getting along quite nicely on the romance front, as her relationship with new guy, Kanye West, seems to be going quite swimmingly. Of course, she's still dealing with that divorce drama from ex Kris Humphries, the result of an altogether gorgeous and over-the-top wedding that transitioned into a rather unsuccessful 72-day marriage. But while Kardashian seems have moved on--way on--from her Humphries days, it seems the NBA pro might be having a bit more of a rough go of it and coping with some intense drama of his own. Will he always face an uphill battle now when it comes to dating?
He has hurled accusations that his relationship with Kim Kardashian was a manufactured one; a fake love story for fame and the reality show small screen. And Kris Humphries' latest so-called tryst with "not-his-girlfriend" Fatmire "Myla" Sinanaj has also led him to fling some pretty serious claims around--even getting the FBI involved to investigate possible extortion, as Hollywood Life reminds.
This latest Sinanaj saga provokes the question of whether Humphries will ever be able to date "normally" again. Like it or not, his fame factor increased exponentially with Kim Kardashian. Now, is he paying for that rise in star power?
The answer is "yes," according to some sources who reveal that the basketball player is definitely having girl problems. "Women are attracted to him for all the wrong reasons like fame and that's so discouraging," said a source close to the Humphries family, as Hollywood Life exclusively reports.
"Kris is a person who always thinks someone is a good person. He thought Myla was a nice, real person herself. But now he doesn't know if a woman wants to know him as a real person or if they are fame or money-hungry," the insider continued.
Indeed, such is an issue many single celebrities face, as they play the dating game. Hopefully, for Humphries' sake, he can eventually move past what he might see as a Kardashian "kurse" on his love life!
