So, at this time, he is battling his divorce from Kim Kardashian and he is getting his lawyers to silence his booty call girl because she is making things difficult for him.
Well, Myla Sinanaj doesn't want to be silenced. She is hurt because he doesn't want to acknowledge her as his girlfriend, even though he has been very open about her only being a booty call -- a girl in his life who is giving him sex when he needs it. Now, she has gotten her lawyer to demand an apology from Kris Humphries because of the way he handled things. She is hurt that her name has been dragged through the mud.
Kris has been dating Myla since January and he wanted to keep the relationship under wraps because he has been firm about not dating until the divorce is final. Although Kim is now dating Kanye West, Kris doesn't want to be linked to another woman because that makes his case of fraud weaker. Myla's lawyer is reminding fans that Kris isn't exactly innocent; he has been texting and contacting her, so he is probably just trying to save his case in the upcoming divorce.
