Ian Somerhalder is in Austria and the weather certainly isn't warm and sunny like it is in Los Angeles. He arrived in Vienna after spending some time in Germany but the weather was a bit of a system shock.

literally-not summer here yet. People have been so amazing to me. Servus (sic)," Ian tweeted on Tuesday. The Vampire Diaries actor has been traveling the globe solo lately but fans are wondering if Nina Dobrev could be on this trip with her guy. Since she has been quiet on Twitter and hasn't been spotted out in LA since Monday, it's possible that she flew overseas. Could she be keeping Ian warm?
Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev do seem to enjoy traveling. However, they don't always clue their fans into where they are and if they are together. If Nina isn't in Austria with her guy, he hopefully has some cozy blankets and a coat to keep his toasty! Do you think Nina is with Ian?
