Kendall Jenner and her sister, Kylie Jenner, may not have a "K" in their last name, but they are still quite the fashion-forward style darlings—just like their famous sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe. Not only do the teens hold their own in the reality show world on Keeping up with the Kardashians, they also are burgeoning models and have designs on creating their own line of apparel. Recently, the Jenner girls indulged their stylista side with some retail therapy. And, by the looks of things, they were walking on the bright (and wild!) side with a wildly successful shopping trip and Technicolor exits to match.
The sidewalk was Kylie and Kendall Jenner's runway as they left the Beverly Hills, Calif. boutique, Kitson, last Thursday, June 14. As Celebuzz points out, the girls were certainly embracing the neon trend with their ensembles. (And the sky blue Kitson bags they carried only added to the colorful mix!)
Kendall, 16, was rocking a pair of white skinny jeans with a loose gray tank, under which there was a flash of a bright blue bandeau top. Kylie, 14, went even sunnier with her yellow lace shirt, paired with black skinny jeans. The girls worked the neon thing the right way—choosing one loud hue and wearing it in moderation while pairing it with more neutral shades.
And despite the rumors that their mom-ager, Kris Jenner, has encouraged them to dress to impress in sexy and sultry ensembles, perhaps that are more suitable for their older sisters, this time Kylie and Kendall's looks were more or less age appropriate, albeit plenty hip.
As if their Kitson excursion wasn't enough flavor, Kylie and Kendall Jenner also recently hit up a weekend family barbecue in Calabasas, Calif. (wearing more color!), where they proved they not only have good taste in fashion, but also in food—rather, beverages. As Just Jared Jr. reports, Kendall tweeted, "o-m-gosh, yum! just tried @HubertsLemonade... dyin 4 strawberry flavor. have u had? what's your fav flav? #bottomsUP." With the Kardashian-Jenner clan, that must have been quite the cookout and the lemonade stand!
