On Sunday night, fans of The Killing finally found out who killed Rosie Larsen. It was a reveal that took two seasons, and now the killer of the teenager is known. If you haven't watched the episode yet, then it is time to stop reading here.
The actress behind the character that killed Rosie Larsen is now sharing her thoughts about her character's actions. She also revealed how she rid the character from her mind for herself. The actress behind the character is Jamie Anne Allman. She played Terry Marek, Rosie's aunt on AMC drama. She killed her niece by sending the car into the lake, but she didn't know it was her niece in the car at the time. She said the following about the reveal, according to Ace Showbiz:
"I don't know if I would say happy but I would say fulfilled. I feel like there is justice and a lot of people got to know someone who made a lot of bad choices. And have a little more understanding as to why she made those choices. On my last day of working, I was so sick of looking in the mirror and curling my hair and seeing Terry every time in the mirror. I cut bangs on my last day of work and just killed Terry right away. I just had to start anew."
With two seasons under its belt, this might be the last fans see of The Killing. The killer has been revealed, so this doesn't leave fans hanging. With low ratings that dropped week to week, a third season for this series is unlikely. AMC could have canceled the series during its season, but then the big mystery behind the show would have never been revealed.
What do you think? Are you happy with the reveal? Would you want a third season?
