Vampire Diaries Season 4 Spoilers
E! Online talked to Joseph Morgan (below) about what he'd like to see from Klaus in season 4: "I'd like to see more of the storyline with my family. ... I'd certainly like to see how those relationships develop." The Originals have become a very strong part of the series, so that's something fans shouldn't mind seeing. Though they aren't the good guys, they do make the show more exciting, and they've become characters you want to see around. With Klaus in Tyler's body, that should give them something to explore—how his siblings react to that—and that means a reason to keep the Originals around without even introducing a new storyline.
Klaus' family isn't the only thing Morgan wants to see, as he went on to say, "I'd love to see a werewolf transformation. We haven't seen one of those from Klaus. He is hybrid. He's half-werewolf. We haven't seen him transform yet. ... I think it would be interesting to see what kind of wolf he becomes." It would be fun to see that if only to see just what Morgan wants to see—"what kind of wolf he becomes." However, with everything else going on, that may end up being at the bottom of the list of things you want to see in season 4. That is something to consider for the future, though.
Morgan does have one thing he doesn't want to see: "Just don't make him good." That would be terrible to see, but it's unlikely something like that would happen any time soon. After all, could you imagine Klaus good? Even when he does something that may seem that way—like saving Caroline and Elena from Alaric—he turns around and does something to remind you that he's a murderer and the villain.
When asked what kind of vampire he thinks Elena will be in The Vampire Diaries season 4, Morgan said, "I have no idea. She's incredibly assertive as a young woman so I think she could make a ruthless vampire should she choose to." He thinks that could make for an "interesting" storyline. Something to look forward to is how Klaus will react when he finds out Elena's a vampire. Could that be what gives it away that he's in Tyler's body, or will those be two events independent from one another? Will Klaus still be in Tyler's body when he finds out, or will Joseph Morgan be back in the role, giving him the chance to play the hybrid's reaction?
