Miley Cyrus and a friend were reportedly spotted at a marijuana dispensary in West Hollywood on Saturday. Her friend emerged from the building with a suspicious looking bag. Is Miley still smoking pot? Does fiancé Liam Hemsworth know?
According to a report from Hollywood Life, sources are surprised that given Miley and her penchant
for pot problems that she'd want to be seen anywhere near a marijuana dispensary. Do you remember when she made reference to being stoned at a party a few months back? And then of course there's that infamous video where she was seen smoking salvia from a bong.
You can check out the photo of Miley Cyrus picking up her friend at the marijuana dispensary by clicking on the Hollywood Life link above.
Wouldn't you think now that she's engaged that Miley Cyrus would be on her best behavior? What will Liam Hemsworth's family think if they learn she's a pothead?
It's really not appropriate for the former Hannah Montana star, who still has droves of young fans, to be setting that kind of example, either. Do you suppose the Party in the USA singer has a problem?
It will be interesting to learn if Miley tweets anything about this little adventure she had with her friend. Maybe there's a logical explanation at hand?

"By legalizing the sale of marijuana, we hope to drastically reduce crime."
"The black market presents a much greater threat for our population than recreational drugs."
"Our inclination initially is to have production and regulation under state control."
"Uruguay, with it's strong legal system and open financial markets, welcomes foreign investors. Unfortunately, it also has a high rate of emigration. But perhaps now that they can access their marijuana hassle-free, we hope our young people will be persuaded to stay."
What in the world makes Ms. Ripley believe that Miley has a "problem" with cannabis? The more likely person with a cannabis problem is Ms. Ripley. That problem easily solved with a daily dose of MYOB.
YOU KNOW, I've heard there are Hollywood actors who use drinking alcohol. When do we get to see a story on this page about one of them purchasing that highly addictive, deadly substance from a legl vendor?
Uruguay's announcement is about creating an opportunity for others to follow; a very smart use of the powerful 'principle of consistency'. Rather than presenting a totally feasible plan, they are showing that it has now become possible for a whole country to fully reject the prohibitionist paradigm. Rest assured, this will develop into something far more practical and other leaders in the region may very soon feel tempted to make statements of a similar nature and magnitude.
