It's possible that some new "Dark Knight Rises" movie spoilers, or at least plot hints, have been revealed online. A new set of Batman viral marketing ads may help some fans with further speculation about what will happen in the new Christopher Nolan film.
While recent Dark Knight spoilers focused on speculation about Batman retiring or dying, and which characters might appear in the movie, a new article brings forth new plot info. The report comes via Forbes which talks about the Mountain Dew Gotham City website. At this site, fans can now see a letter which was written to Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale), from his associate Lucius Fox (Morgan Freeman).
The revealing letter seems to give away some hints at what is going on at Bruce Wayne's company, apparently behind his back. Fox mentions several tidbits in the letter, such as the fact Mr. Wayne isn't up to receiving visitors right now, and has become a hermit. The Forbes report speculates that this is how Wayne will be seen during the initials parts of the movie, having suffered from a bad fall in the previous film.
The other big tidbit revealed about "The Dark Knight Rises" movie plot involves how spending has been going up at Wayne Enterprises. It appears there is a "mystery energy project" which funds are being directed towards at Bruce's company. Forbes speculates that this may involve a scientist and weapon design, which all possibly relate to the evil plans of the main villain, Bane.
This latest information from Forbes and DewGothamCity.com certainly contains more "Dark Knight Rises" spoilers than have been given out in recent times. There hadn't been too much said about the Wayne Enterprises side of the plot, but this certainly gives more of the story away. However, some questions still linger, because Bruce Wayne is shown kidnapped by Bane at one point. Does it happen before he becomes a hermit at his mansion, or after that?
It's going to be fun to see how everything unfolds on the big screen. While "Dark Knight Rises" won't be shown in 3D, it's sure to be an entertaining visual treat for movie goers when it arrives on July 20th!
