Snoop Dogg has been detained in Norway's Oslo airport for - surprise! - being found with marijuana.
The rapper and mogul was stopped while passing through the capital city when a canine unit smelled a whiff of the drugs on him. He was then detained by customs, where he was forced to relinquish the pot before proceeding.
Though this may be a more serious "crime" in the United States, Norway has far more lenient laws with regards to marijuana, with anything up to 15 grams being considered for "personal use", and punishable only by a fine of roughly 827 American dollars. And, thankfully for Snoop Dogg, money isn't too hard for him to come by! In fact, it was so plentiful on his person, that he was actually slapped with a second fine for carrying cash exceeding legal limits (who knew such a statute existed?!), bringing the total fine up to $8,600.
Despite the two violations, once the fine was paid, Snoop was allowed to get on with his trip.
