Bethenny Frankel has been busy talking about anything and everything related to women on her new talk show and she is now dishing out some dieting advice for her fans. One could imagine she gets lots of dieting questions from her followers, since she is indeed the face of the Skinnygirl brand. In addition, she has always had a skinny body, including just weeks after giving birth to her daughter Bryn. So, what does Bethenny have to say in terms of losing some weight?
Well, the first advice is to always eat good stuff. "I used to starve, then binge, and was 25 pounds heavier. I tried every diet from Beverly Hills to South Beach," Bethenny explains according to The Hollywood Gossip. Avoid doing the diets and work with a program. Just eat healthy and be conscious about your food choices. Second, she wants you to forget the idea of 'perfect.' "I know there is no 'right' way of doing things ... The more you see your own ideas work, the stronger you'll feel," she explains. And Bethenny Frankel knows that there is no perfect, as she doesn't have a family, has had an eating disorder, and recently suffered a miscarriage.
And if you need to cry, then cry. Stay on track, but get the frustrations out. And get rid of bad influences, including debt. Debt can be suffocating and stress you out, which could be a cause for you not losing weight. If you aren't dedicated, it won't happen. To boost confidence, Bethenny suggests going to the store and spending money on good makeup. Looking good is half the battle. Looking good can boost confidence, which could help you stay focused.
In case you were wondering what Bethenny has to say about exercise, she only has one word to say—'plank.' Doing the plank is the best way to flatten the abs. She does yoga several times per week for her body and state of mind.
