Justin Bieber Angry When Asked About Harry Styles Sleeping with his Mom

Justin Bieber does not like jokes about Harry Styles dating his mom, and apparently he thinks that it's insulting to be compared to Justin Timberlake.

The Biebs recently did an interview with Mojo in the Morning, and it got off to a good start - Justin was complimented on his tremendous success with Believe, and the star talked about how he was just enjoying chilling in Cali.

Justin also had a good laugh when he was informed that a doctor has discovered that Bieber Fever is a real thing, so Directioners probably better watch out for the One Direction infection.

Then things took a nasty turn when Mojo compared Justin Bieber to Justin Timberlake. The radio host told the Biebs that he thought that "Boyfriend" was a Timberlake tune when he first heard it. Even though Mojo said that this was meant to be a compliment, the Biebs certainly didn't take it that way - he pointed out that his voice sounds nothing like Timberlake's before snottily complaining, "Saying I sound like someone else is not really a compliment."

Mojo then tried to smooth things over by stroking the Biebs' ego - the pop star seemed to temporarily calm down after the host kept telling him how great he sounds.

So why was Justin so upset about being compared to Justin Timberlake?

During the interview he talked about his voice changing, so perhaps he's been a little insecure about that. He knows that he's entering an entirely different musical world now that he's getting older, so he probably just wants to prove himself by making it impossible for people to compare him to anyone else.

Things got even more heated when Justin Bieber was asked about One Direction, whom the Biebs labeled "good kids." Mojo asked Justin if he worries about notorious cougar-hunter Harry Styles being around his mom, and the pop star responded by saying, "I think you should worry about your mother." Mojo then had to inform the Biebs that his mother is dead. Ouch.

And it was at this point that Justin decided that he'd had enough and hung up on Mojo.

So was the Biebs being a big brat by deciding to abruptly end the interview, and why was he so angry about a question that was obviously a joke?

Perhaps Justin is just getting tired of getting asked about One Direction since so many people compare the group to the Biebs. As his statements about Justin Timberlake show, he obviously doesn't like being compared to other artists. Or perhaps he's angry about the source of Mojo's question.

The radio host probably asked Justin about Harry Styles because of an interview Selena Gomez recently gave. She said that Justin told her he wants to keep Harry away from his mom because of his reputation for liking older women. It's possible that Justin wasn't happy about Selena Gomez sharing this statement with the press, so perhaps that's why he got upset when the subject was brought up. And he probably hung up because Mojo made him look like a bad guy when he informed the singer that his own mother is dead.
