Drake and Chris Brown may someday settle their differences and become, if not friends, at least civil towards each other. Their respective fans bases, probably not so much. Case in point: Drizzy was reportedly booed loudly and often during the BET Awards ceremony. Presumably, the people making all the nasty noises were Chris Brown's friends and fans. Some of the boos came from backstage and some from the audience.
Poor Drizzy just can't seem to catch a break. As one fan site put it, "apparently the June 14 bottle fight at WIP nightclub in New York City was still fresh on everyone's mind!" That's putting it mildly. The "Say My Name" singer was verbally attacked when his name was mentioned right after CB won his award for Best Male R & B artist. According to an eyewitness, it was a tense scene. Which is also putting it rather mildly.
"Everytime MC Lyte mentions that pu-y-a** Drake's name," tattled the source, "this whole f--king place is filled with boos."
The source also reported that the people booing backstage included members of Mr. Breezy's entourage, and that there were also many people booing in the audience. Ouch. Maybe it's time for Drake to take a long vacation. Or plan a European tour. Just saying. As for Mr. Breezy, how does a psycho--er--person like him manage to command such loyalty? Go figure.
Stay tuned.
