Kim Kardashian may have been married twice, but she hasn't given up her dream of having a family and marrying 'the one.' As fans saw on Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim immediately thought about going off birth control with Kris Humphries after being married for just weeks. Everyone advised her against it and she chickened out of doing it. And good thing she didn't. However, now that she is with Kanye West, Kim is again thinking of family and children, because she feels it is within close reach now.
"In three years, I see myself moving into acting and designing and I'd like to start a family," Kim recently told the British InStyle magazine. "In 10 years, I hope to still be designing and in 20 years I'll be happily living on a farm somewhere far away. I don't really mean a farm, I mean a huge luxurious villa in Tuscany." So, she wants children within the next three years, which does put her around 35 years old, which is pushing the biological clock slightly.
This time around, Kim Kardashian is being smart about her decisions. Not only is she not pushing Kanye to be the father of her children, but she is also determined to stick to the plan of having children, if Kanye should leave her. "Would I adopt? If you had asked me that a year ago, I would have told you no, but things change. Now I think I would. I want to be married with two parents in the house to raise the kids. But, if that wasn't the option for me I would do it on my own," Kim told the magazine. It sounds like she is ready to adopt if that ends up being the case, so she can get her family. At least, she has a backup plan in case her relationship with Kanye doesn't work out.
